This website
The website is static. It has no contact form, no member accounts and no database. It sets no cookies and loads no analytics, advertising or third-party scripts, fonts or assets.
The website is hosted by OrangeHost. Like most web hosts, OrangeHost may record technical access logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, and keeps them under its own policies. We use these logs only to keep the website secure and working.
When you contact us
You choose whether to contact us. If you do, you use one of two external services:
- WhatsApp (+1 940 619 3172), operated by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy. Using WhatsApp may involve transfers of your data outside the EU, under WhatsApp’s own safeguards.
- Email (contact@illuminativoice.com), received through the email service of our web host, OrangeHost.
When you contact us we receive the information you choose to send. That typically includes your phone number or email address, your name or profile name if shown, and the content of your messages. These providers also process your information under their own policies, which we do not control.
Please send only what is needed. Do not send identity documents, passport or ID numbers, bank or card details, passwords or other sensitive information. We do not need them to answer a membership inquiry.
Why we use your information
We use the information you send only to respond to you and to handle your membership inquiry.
Legal basis: we process the messages you send us, including membership inquiries, on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us and in handling interest in our community (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object to this processing at any time (see below).
We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep membership inquiries for 30 days after the inquiry is closed, then delete them. We may keep information longer only where the law requires it, or where there is a specific, documented reason, such as dealing with a complaint or preventing fraud.
An inquiry is closed when it has been answered and no further action is pending.
Copies may remain for a period in backups or systems controlled by WhatsApp or OrangeHost, outside our direct control.
Your choices and rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, and to have it corrected or erased. You can also restrict or object to its use, and receive it in a portable format. Email contact@illuminativoice.com. We may ask you to confirm the request from the same phone number or email address you used to contact us. We answer within one month, as the GDPR requires.
You also have the right to complain to a data-protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state where you live or work. The authority responsible for Berlin is the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.
