Contact
Our two official channels. Any other number, address or account claiming to represent us is not genuine.
Official channels
WhatsApp (membership inquiries): +1 940 619 3172
Use WhatsApp to start a membership inquiry. No invitation is needed, and there are no membership fees. See How to join for what to expect.
Email (general questions): contact@illuminativoice.com
We do not publish response times. Please don’t send identity documents, passwords or bank details by message or email. Our privacy notice explains how messages are handled.
Messages claiming to be from us
If someone contacts you claiming to represent us, check that the WhatsApp number or email address matches the two channels above exactly. Don’t rely on contact details they supply. Because there are no membership fees, any request for a membership, initiation or application fee in our name is not from us.
Our guide on avoiding impersonation scams explains the warning signs and where to report them.
